Farewell to Gabriel
We lost a rockstar earlier this week. Real life called him back, and he had to start flying planes again. Gabriel will be missed. He always had a smile on his face. He brought a great energy and enthusiasm that empowered all of the other rockstars. Also, he had a bit of training before rockstar, ok, so he helped pave the way for us in the beginning, especially in the daytime.
While we are all saddened to see him leave a week early, it was just his time. All we can do is remember the good times. It was weird to have the first person go home, it really hit me hard that this dream we’ve been living for the last five weeks is coming to an end very quickly. But like he said before he left, this is not the end, its just the beginning.
And for the rest of us still here, we still have a few days left! So lets use the tenacity Gabriel always showed as inspiration to get our asses out there and BLOW UP our final Rockstar VIP party this weekend!!!!!!!

July 17 – Past and present Rockstars present on business
This might not be the kind of post most guys on the attraction forums will find interesting because it isn’t game related, but this stuff is a key component of Project Rockstar and a part of what makes it so special. Two of the Rockstars from last year gave us presentations on productivity and business.
First, Whim gave us a money presentation on Asian Efficiency. He covered so much ground I’m sure I will have much more time in my days ahead to do what I choose. Time management, rituals, and the importance of journals were covered in detail. He also taught us a technique called a pomodoro. This is where you set a timer and focus only on work for 25 minutes straight then take a 5 minute break. Repeat for 4 pomodoros, then take a 15 minute break. Great way to get more done in your day or to accomplish a task that you are procrastinating on. I sat down to write this blog with Chase about 3 hours ago and all we have been doing is talking like 7th grade girls. We started our pomodoro timer about 5 minutes ago, and look how much I’ve written so far!
Alex (another rockstar from last year) gave us a talk on Search engine optimization. I had no clue about this topic going into the talk so I learned a lot. Search engine rankings are actually based on a very complicated algorithm, but are similar to how things become popular in the real world. Useful to know if (when) I have a website of my own.
The bulk of the week was current Rockstar Chase unleashing a whole new world of Internet Marketing on us. Chase spoke for hours on end everyday divulging the secrets that made him so successful on the internet. He went over general marketing principles, and he also spent some time going over outsourcing for us, and how we can outsource everyday tasks to cheap virtual assistants overseas to free up a lot more time to accomplish other goals. The talks by Chase this week were amazing, and I’m not just writing this because he’s sitting next to me right now. He really put a lot of time and effort into making this week as beneficial as possible for us, and I know I can speak for everyone that got to hear his talks that we were all very grateful to have the opportunity to learn from such a successful guy in his field. Thanks Chase!!!
At the end of the week we had a business round table discussion with about 15 of us that were present. It was really cool to realize that we have been surrounded by so many successful people on a daily basis for the last 5 weeks. As the talk went on it became clear that we were all very focused on succeeding not only with women but financially as well. This is a key component of Rockstar, its not just about getting better with women but improving business and quality of life in general. Many people in the room were successful entreprenuers and we had a lot of different perpectives and tips on starting and running a business successfully. This was a great talk and very helpful for myself as a business owner.
July 18 – State Control!
Our schedule has been packed solid here in Stockholm. We were busy in London, but we took a lot of nights off. Here in Stockholm, we’ve gone balls to the wall. 7-8 hours of classtime each day, daygame to and from the classroom and during lunch break, go home hit the gym, then meet the guys at soap bar for nightgame, go out from there usually until after the sun comes up. Grab a few hours of sleep, rinse, repeat. We’re like rabid animals. And we love it. Rarr.
Riddler and Prince have played a huge part in keeping our momentum going. Their enthusiasm is so contagious. “Alright tonight we are going to escalate until one of us gets slapped!” Mr M taught us how to do a line – “Tonight we are going to walk down a line and open every single girl no matter who she’s with!” The environment is one where we are having a blast no matter what. This is a great place to be, where blowouts are actually funny!
A problem that I used to have was if I was in a bad mood or tired, I would have difficulty having fun or trying to get in state. I talked in a previous post about the anchoring technique they taught us which works amazingly well. This week we learned something even better. How to control your state at all times. WE are always in control of how we feel. Here are a few tips:
1 – Your body language plays a big part. Imagine for a second that you are the owner of the bar or club, and everyone in the place loved you. You would stand tall, confident, hold your head high, shoulders back and smile. It’s hard to hold onto this body language and simultaneously think about negative things. Whenever you find yourself feeling down, the first thing to do is improve your physiology.
2 – Your self talk. If you are telling yourself you aren’t having fun, it’s pretty hard to change that. Don’t let that negative self talk start. For example, after a blowout don’t say I screwed up. Re-affirm what you did well, and then what you can do better next time.
3 – Your focus. What are you thinking about, what are you focusing on. Always be focusing on positive things.
After this is made into a habit, state control will be almost automatic. Combining this with the anchoring technique and one of my main sticking points is gone!

July 19 – Making it through “the dip”
Early in Rockstar Soul taught us about a U- shaped mood curve. When you’re learning a new skill, you’re very excited at first. But as you try to implement what you’ve learned, you actually get worse results than before because you’re consciously thinking about the new information so much. At the very bottom of the curve, your mood is very low, you may question if it’s worth it, and many people quit. But once you make it through the bottom of the curve, the turning point where everything “clicks”, you start experiencing better results, the mood starts going up again. And as you move along the curve, you start feeling the excitement again, and having much more fun, which makes the curve skyrocket even higher, and at a faster rate.
This diagram that Soul shared with us has proven to be very true. Not just in game, Chase shared a similar concept when starting a new business, he called it getting through “the dip”. I can see different Rockstars at different points of the curve. Personally I have made it through the bottom of the curve when everything came together, and now when I go out I am having fun again, and my results are improving drastically every single night I go out. It’s a great place to be. What I didn’t understand is that I have been getting better and moving forward since the very beginning, even though at times I felt I was moving backwards because my results were getting worse. Really I was just progressing along the curve like I was supposed to. Now I know that this is normal and just a part of the process. You HAVE to go through the dip in order to make it work. The problem is a lot of people don’t make it through because as they move along the curve, their mood is dropping and they are having less fun, which makes it more difficult to stay motivated. But we should realize that this drop in mood is a good thing. That means you’re making progress and you’re almost there. That means you just have to stick it out a little bit longer and you’ll make it through the bottom of the dip, everything will click, and you will start the rising portion of the curve, where you’re having a blast and feel invincible and soon your mood and results will shoot up much higher than you ever thought they could be. In game, and in life in general, everyone seems to always be looking for a shortcut. A “magic bullet” or a pill where they just wake up one day and suddenly they are great with women. But you can’t cheat this curve. I don’t have very fond memories of being in London. I was on the first half of the curve, and it sucked. It was tough, and I was way out of my comfort zone. I was getting no results. I was experiencing painful rejections out in public in the middle of the day. I was getting humiliated at night by getting blown out repeatedly. It didn’t seem like it at the time, but this was all forward progress. I HAD to go through those painful, embarrassing moments to come out the other end a different person. There is no way around this. There is no shortcut, no trick I could have learned to get to the point where I have gotten now. The only way is to man up and go through the painful times and stay with it long enough to make it past the dip. After enough blowouts, I just stopped caring about the outcome. That’s when I started seeing flashes of the rising curve. The reason I’m posting this is because before Rockstar I never stuck with it long enough to make it through the dip, to the fun part. I tried to make it work, but after a few harsh rejections and some uncomfortable feelings I would quit. It seemed pointless to me – I was having less fun and getting worse results, so why should I keep trying? I expected instant results and fun times. I didn’t know about the U curve. But now looking back, I can see a few moments where I was ALMOST there, if I had just pushed through a little bit longer I would have made it to the other side. I wish I knew about this back then, because life after the dip is full of excitement and positive feelings. It’s such a liberating feeling to be able to go up and talk to any woman you want, at any time. If anyone reading this can relate, keep moving along – you’re probably almost there! Collin

Day30-32 – 12-14 July
Council, Affiliate Marketing (Chase).
Council was a bit of a downer for me. Most of the Rockstars got solid feedback, but I came out of it with a pat on the back. I hate that. I understand that I’m doing well, but I don’t want or need encouragement. The most defining moments in my life are when I’m required to confront my flaws. I let the coaches know and hope that I’ll get some kind of wrath of the gods next time.
Chase’s talks on affiliate marketing were good, though there’s always a question of grey morality. With women, I believe that what I’m doing is in their best interest: I appreciate them and I’m honest with them in regards to my intentions. Soul said to us that most guys try to be the boyfriend-type just to get laid. I do the opposite: I will tell a girl that I’m not a relationship guy and that this isn’t going to be that kind of thing. I tell her that I care about her when I do and appreciate things that I truly appreciate.
The information Chase gave was functional, but some of the products and methods are things I wouldn’t feel comfortable selling or using.
Day33 – 15 July
SEO, Hypnosis, Ke and A—’s girls.
A— and Ke had met these girls a while ago during the day and somehow today they all came over to Ke and my place to party. Laurent, Prince and Riddler, Ke and I were chilling waiting for them. They all stopped outside and wouldn’t come in, so J— and I went out and just chilled with them until they decided we were trust-worthy and came into our backyard. I ended up entertaining all of them for 10 minutes or so while the guys got all our beer and stuff together and joined us.
This was amazing for me because I’d just done hypnosis with J— that day and when we went out, I consciously decided to be in the state we’d been working on. It made the whole night a good experience. There was some drama with Ke, whose girl ignored him and assigned a friend to cockblock him. A—’s girl wandered off with one of the other guys. No one really had positive thoughts about the girls, though I was getting along pretty well with one of them. I told her friend to turn around, grabbed her and made out with her, and then make-out slammed her into a tree.
Farmer, if you’re out there, I salute you.
Day34 – 16 July
Speed and Photo reading, State, Meaning etc. with Riddler and Prince. Berns Night Club with everyone.
I can’t stress how amazing Riddler and Prince’s teachings are. They’re things you can’t possibly forget because of how intrinsic and valuable they are. I know everyone wants to know what that stuff is, but the information isn’t mine to give, and no, I’m not being a LS fanboi here (though I am anyway): Riddler and Prince have their own company and interests outside of LS.
At night we all met up in front of SOAP Bar (not inside because the bouncers were stupid) and then made our way over to Berns. It’s amazing to chill with the Rockstars because there’s just so much awesomeness packed into such a small group. People brought girls they’d just met off the street, some wandered off to pick up girls passing by our little group, and we exploded once we got into the club. I was in set most of the night with different wings and different girls, and spent downtime chilling with the guys. I watched Mr. M with one of the hottest girls in the club, and as I was leaning against the bar I opened a 9 who was just walking by and got into a 10 minute conversation while Ke magically appeared to ward off the obstacles. Didn’t work out (she had a boyfriend).
My favourite conversation of the night was with this really cute girl who was standing with two of her friends, and when I came in direct they just left (some dude handed her a drink and she shooed him away too). It’s really hard to find a girl with the energy this one had. Probably the best vibe I got off of a girl in Sweden, and she was interesting and intelligent to boot. Oh, and sexy. Yeah.
It was late when I opened her and I’d already texted Shortie that I was coming to take her away, so my time was limited, though this girl seemed like she really wanted to spend more time with me. I got her number after she badgered me for it, and I’ll try to get her out tomorrow or the day after (she’s not from Stockholm, leaving soon). Awesome girl.

July 17
Last week of Rockstar, pressure’s on.
I feel like my game is improving so much everytime I’m going out, but I haven’t achieved my goal yet of a same night lay in Sweden.
Having some problems with my sexual intent and Mr M’s been very helpful with that. Blow me or blow me out!
I’ve had the opposite problem of most people. I go out too much and haven’t really had time to study or anything. I’ve been using this notetaking technique called mindmapping to help me out.
Gamecation
After Project Rockstar some of us are going to rent a house together in Miami after the Superconference. We’re going to do nothing but sarging for 3 weeks.

As Chase went over the finer points of Internet marketing, business, life, World of Warcraft, and chronic masturbation, I looked around the room and was again blown away by the quality of people in the room.
Before I came to Project Rockstar, I was not only a total rookie in terms of dating science, but I also knew practically nothing about LoveSystems and it’s history. I didn’t know I’d be in the same room with people who were not only legends in the dating science industry, but major players in the entrepreneur world as well. Each man in the room has lived such an interesting story and accomplished so much before becoming involved in Lovesystems. If I had known, there would have been NO hesitation coming here. I had no idea at the time how lucky I was to be here or how much I’d actually come to care about each person here. As I’ve gotten to know the instructors, I’ve only grown to respect them more as the different aspects of their personality become clearer.
I’ve known Soul for almost a year and his sincerity and dedication to his students made me instantly like him. He has a calm confidence about him that instantly makes you feel comfortable, and you can tell that he in genuinely interested whenever he talks to you. As I’ve gotten to know him better, I’ve constantly been amazed by his insights on life, dating, and social dynamics. What really inspired me is how he has fine tuned his teaching of daytime dating to the point that it’s shockingly effective , even for the most rookie student. The concept of just walking up to a hot girl out on the street and getting the number was a completely intimidating and foreign concept to many of the rockstars. By week two, they were all doing it so much that it became almost impossible for us to get anywhere on time!
I met Mr. M for the first time in San Francisco a couple months ago. I didn’t know that he was a top LS instructor, but he had a charisma that made him stand out immediately. When I helped out at his boot-camp, I realized why he was one of the most sought after instructors at LoveStystems. This particular bootcamp had some challenging older students with body language problems that most likely been ingrained for decades. He and Vercetti accurately pin pointed the problem areas, and with painstaking patience and persistence corrected them. When I took them out in field, I saw these students rock the place, and this is after having no prior training and a long hiatus from the dating world. Amazing to see this transformation.
I met Mark V when I first got to London. His smart-ass humor and balls-out approach to dating and seduction have been a huge help to me as I’ve tried to navigate the intricacies of night clubs.
Alex, Whim, Misha, and Bullet are all former rockstars and have all been like our personal traveling encyclopedias on dating, business, and time management. Bullet has kept the team together and been like a father figure. Whim’s ideas on learning game and time management will most likely change my life when I get home.
Prince and Riddler have gotten really close with all the rockstars of the past couple weeks. Here are two guys that are so far along in life, both professionally and socially, yet seem like the most humble, open minded and friendly guys you’d ever meet. With every presentation they give, we learn a little bit more about their journey and how they constructed amazing lives. Yet with all their expertise in business, relationships, fashion, and NLP, they are just as interested in learning from each of us as we are from them. It makes for pretty much a perfect learning environment with all the brainstorming (partying) going on.
And my fellow rockstars have all dominated in their various areas of expertise before coming here. From business, to skydiving, to internet marketing, to just inspiring me to become better, I’ve gained so much from being around these guys. So thank you all for being F-ing awesome!
I guess I had a fair amount of inaccurate prejudices about what guys in this industry would be like. The only commonality I see after attending Rockstar is that they all seem to be extremely driven, creative, independent, people who have passion for women. And it seems men who have such an intense love of women bring this same intensity to their professional lives.
Lessons Learned:
1) If you can get yourself in the state where you truly WANT to get blown out, this is when you will rock the nightclub.
2) Assume everyone around you is superior to you in some way. You’ll be more receptive to learning from them.

1st week in Stockholm
I have become very inspired during the first week in Stockholm, not only from all of the amazing Love Systems instructors and last year’s rockstars helping us out in every way, but also from Riddler and Prince who have been cracking eggs of knowledge all over us. People say that if you want to change your life don’t wait for something to happen, you have to make the change yourself. Most people that want to change their lives know this, but still remain unhappy because change is very difficult and we are resistant to it. These guys have taught us a specific, structured system on how to change our lives, get what we want, and how to be happier every single day. They gave a talk about values and beliefs that was mind blowing. When I say it was life changing I mean it in the most literal sense. Because it not only applies to game but every aspect of anything you want to do in your life. Amazing.
So getting into Stockholm I knew I had to work on my lagging night time skills. Wednesday night I went out and winged with Chase all night. Chase shocked me with how much he had progressed. His vibe was so on, teasing, playful, funny, sexual. I learned a ton from Chase this night. On the way home I saw 2 cute girls in the bar across the street from the hotel and had Gabriel wing for me. He talked to the drunk boring girl while I hit it off with her friend. We exchanged numbers and I went to my hotel going to bed. Got a text, “what are you doing?” Normally I’d invite her over, BUT found out the hard way that we are not allowed guests in our hotel rooms. This is a catastrophe. Trying to find a solution to this problem.
Thursday night I never really found my groove. Stayed talking to the same girl for about an hour until I ran out of gas, I never really felt that she was that into the convo anyway. Still too dependent on other people to get myself in a good mood, need to work on this.
I winged with Chase again this night. Chase is awesome. We both were wearing white shirts with black ties, so our opener was “do these shirts make us look gay?” So lame, but we were having so much fun it didn’t matter. We talked to a lot of girls this night, barely wasting any time in between conversations. I had a blast all night.
As we were leaving, a girl that I had talked to earlier in the night ran up and grabbed me. We talked for a while and really hit it off. She tested me by picking out a random girl at the bar and daring me to walk up to her and tell her she was gorgeous. Little did she know I have been doing this nonstop for the last 4 weeks lol. So I had no problem with that one. Went to another bar until about 4 or 5 am, and I knew I couldn’t get her into my hotel. So we went to her parents place in the burbs, (they were out of town).
Nice house up on a hill overlooking a harbor with yachts and sailboats. It was about 6 am, the sun was already up, and we were up on her rooftop deck enjoying the view and listening to the birds and the waves. After the concrete jungle of London for 3 weeks, this was a beautiful moment for me. I just took a deep breath, smiled, looked out at the water and at the pretty girl next to me and thought to myself, things are starting to come together here! We have been working so hard on getting better and getting out of our comfort zones and enduring some painful embarrassing blowouts, it was really nice to enjoy some of the rewards from all of that time put in in London.
Satuday we went out to another club. I got to hang out with Mr. M for a while, this guy is on another level. When I was walking in the club I saw a gorgeous latin girl in a tiny red dress. Later that night, Mr M asked me to wing while he talked to her. He had her laughing and hugging him in no time. He got her number in about a minute. It turns out she is a victoria’s secret model. Mr M has sick game! Learned a lot from him once again by watching him in action. Had a great time in the club, talked to many girls. Was trying to meet up with a girl I met the day before, I guess she made it to the club but never made it in. So I met up with the girl from the night before and enjoyed another beautiful sunrise =).
Things at night time are starting to click, I’m really understanding the vibe I need to be giving off more, in big part thanks to Chase and Mr M. This week I focused on doing 3 warm ups, teasing, sexual hoops, and escalation. I have gotten better, but I still need more work on all of those things. Started keeping a personal journal, working on body language, and exercising my body and mind every day. I am being very disciplined here, and have fallen into a great daily routine. It takes 3 weeks to make something a habit, so I am very focused on doing these things every single day while I am here in Sweden, so that when I go home 3 weeks later I will have formed some very positive habits that I will bring back with me.
