Day 07: And Now For Something Different

The What
Things panned out a bit differently today.
In the morning, a couple of us met up with Mr M at King’s Cross Station to head out of town to meet up with celebrity dentist Dr Raj Ahlowalia (of Extreme Makeover and http://www.smilesbyraj.com) for teeth whitening. We had molds of our teeth made there, and given instructions on how to apply the whitening paste over the next few weeks.
What was more interesting was the trip over. Micha and Alex took the train with Bao, and I hopped in K’s car with Mr M and Rowena D, a reporter from the Guardian in the UK who is interested in doing a piece on Project Rockstar. If you’ve ever wondered what success in the wealth sphere of your life gets you, K is the perfect example. This was a nice car. In fact, it’s so nice, I’m attaching a photo:

We sped out of London at some 150 mph to Dr Raj’s office. In all fairness, we were late as we stopped for lunch along the way. It was interesting to see what a mainstream journalist wanted to know about, in terms of both the seduction community and in terms of Project Rockstar. I also had a chance to talk more with K about his philosophy on business – he has this unique ability to take years of experience and compress them into high-level principles that you can apply to any business and to life in general.
After the meeting with Dr Raj I took a nap on the train back into London. Sleeping and napping is becoming something of a luxury in Project Rockstar.
We then had a standup comedy class with Aidan Killian of http://www.aidankillian.com. I knew absolutely nothing about standup going into the class, so it was very interesting to hear Aidan talk about standup in terms of presenting and creating presence rather than actually being funny. We did some very cool eye contact exercises to help make us more comfortable with creating immediate stage presence and addressing an audience and keeping them engaged.
Following standup Vishal, Jeff, Micha and myself headed to the local Chinese place for some quick food. We’ve been so busy that looking our diets has become something of a secondary priority: LondonHunk and R, if you’re reading this, we’re working on it. Hopefully we’ll have someone in to clean our kitchen next week so we can begin preparing healthier meals in-house (it was supposed to happen today but there was an organisational blip).
We then had an hour-long Skype call with Starlight (Jesse), one of the 2008 Project Rockstars. He talked to us about the four hour work week-style businesses he wanted to help us set up, and gave us some homework assignments and brainstorming to do moving forward into the next 8 weeks.
The work is certainly starting to pile up on Project Rockstar, and I may just start using these blog posts as a way of tracking them as we barely have time to do any everyday organisation, being it managing our to-do lists or pinging our social circles.
LondonHunk stopped by in the evening to drop off our green drinks (I love this stuff – it tastes great!)
We then had a nightgame session with various instructors. I headed off to meet Wizard along with Micha and Josh. It was a different sort of night. We met at Loop, which was next to the club we were meant to go to – Jalouse. We chilled for a bit, then went to get into Jalouse. We waited in line for one and a half hours, before getting to the front and being told that we couldn’t go in because they needed more girls in the venue first. At that point our states had dropped to below zero and we made the call to bounce and catch up on sleep and other work instead. It’s a shame that we didn’t actually get to work on our game today, but… shit happens.
Highlights of the Day
- Quote from Vishal: “Fucking Asians, always looking for the positive in everything.”
- Speeding down the freeway at 150mph in a AMG CL63.

Day 03: Top Secret Stuff

Today was all about top-secret stuff.
It (as usual) started with most of the Rockstars getting up – late – and rushing to get to the first session.
Today’s first talk was with one of the wealth mentors, Jeff, who is basically showing us everything we need to know about investing in property and real estate. He talked a bit about his background and story, and also about his thought process about picking investments given an economic climate. We’re actually going be presenting 2 different property analyses about mid-way through Rockstar, and have our strategies picked apart and improved upon by Jeff. For me, this is seriously a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from a mentor who is happy to share, rather than pay $5,000 for a 1-day seminar and be pitched to all day. Jeff also shared some top secret stuff which I may or may not share in the near future…
We all ran out to grab a quick lunch at Subway before taking the Tube back to Rockstar Mansion West for our first physical session with R. He did some benchmark measurements for all of us, and gave us a portable “hotel circuit workout” that we can use while we’re traveling. The workout really took a lot out of us – it’s amazing what you can do with a couple of pieces of furniture and a floor.
Late afternoon was supposed to be our daygame Trial By Fire session with Yen, Keychain and Vercetti, but London finally kicked in its infamous all-day drizzle and the session was cancelled because of that. Instead, Mr M came by to teach us the first opening principles of Social Circle Mastery. He talked about all the main concepts and components, and gave us examples of how they applied in the real world, beyond just game and in other parts of our lives too. Even though I’ve been to the Social Circle Mastery seminar before, it was interesting to hear about some of the newer concepts that he and Braddock have come up with, and how he links these into the idea of Supernova. And yes, we were asked to sign an NDA so it’s all TOP SECRET.
The Rockstars and a number of mentors then bounced to Fika again for dinner. I got to talk a bit more with B (from yesterday’s business talk) about why he chose to pursue expanding the business in the way he did.
Following dinner, half the Rockstar crew moved into Rockstar Mansion East – which is absolutely pimp. They have this awesome 3-story hidden place, which looks like a converted warehouse loft. Vishal and Conor have rooms with GLASS WALLS overlooking the living area… I suspect quite a bit of voyeurism will be occurring in Rockstar Mansion East
We all agreed that the seminars should be held in Rockstar Mansion East – nicer venue, more space, more chairs. Of course, those of us living at Rockstar Mansion West are kinda bummed… but we’re making the most of what we have and we have a secret weapon that no-one knows about (not even the instructors!)
And oh yeah, Vishal and Micha are busy coming up with the points system for our contest. Rockstar Mansion East is already ahead, with Conor bringing a random Norwegian girl home from a coffee shop last night!
Highlights of the Day
- Vishal dropping his iPhone into his chicken-plenk (food).
- Vishal beating Mr M at Asian efficiency (iPhone vs Blackberry – iPhone wins!)
- Rockstar Mansion East – that place is totally pimp and the boys there are going to have some MAD parties (especially with an art gallery RIGHT NEXT DOOR).

Day 02: LondonHunk, Sushi, Daxx & Bugsy

Day two, and I am already starting to feel the momentum that is coming.
Our schedules are packed to the brim, so I’m starting a habit of getting up about 2 hours before our first session or activity of the day to clear all the housekeeping that needs to be done – be it unpacking the rest of my luggage, or catching up on the prescribed Rockstar reading.
R, one of our health and fitness experts shows up early. Most of the Rockstars are still in bed. Fire-alarm-style I wake up everyone that’s still asleep, and we all stumble half-awake into the lounge room for our talk. R is one of the UK’s top personal trainers, and we talk with him about our health and fitness goals, and he proceeds to tell us a bit about weight and strength training and how he’s going to build us what he calls a “hotel workout” – a 30-50 minute regimen we can take with us on our Rockstar travels. He is also going to be advising us on what to eat during our first 5 weeks of insane traveling.
A little later, LondonHunk shows up. If anyone’s read the Rockstar 2008 thread, you’ll remember the both awe-inspiring and scared-shitless first impressions that the 2008 Rockstars had of him. Maybe it was because we were all still half-asleep, but he wasn’t actually scary… just incredibly passionate about game, life, and of course, physical health.
He explained to us his theories on health, which comprises mostly of diet, working out and taking the right supplements. He also promised to get to us some incredibly powerful “green drink powder” that we can use to replace caffeine and Red Bulls. We also had our body fat and other hormone levels measured, for comparison at the end of the program.
After sprinting (good start to the fitness program, huh) out to the nearby shops, we grab lunch-to-go and head back to hear one of the wealth mentors talk – I don’t think he’s a Community guy so I’ll just call him B. B talked to us about how to manage a growing small business. His products (including next-generation sushi) are reknown in Norway, and he has an incredibly optimised supply chain system. He shared with us how he manages all his employees while minimising his own involvement in the company. Mr M very succinctly put it as “how to have a four hour work week business within a traditional structure.”
During B’s talk, he also talked about a nightly visualisation he does, and how he goes through the operations of his company top-down inside and out, and then sees all the components he would like to optimise. Mr M explained that this process of daily visualisation, be it of your business, or your structure for taking a girl home on the night you meet her, is one of the fundamental pieces to success. It’s a process described in Psycho-Cybernetics, which I’m about halfway through and hoping to finish up in a day or two.
Following B’s talk a couple of us sprinted out for coffee and energy drinks (probably the last we’ll have for the 8 weeks), and came back for Daxx’s talk. Daxx is moving to LA tomorrow, but he made the time to come out and meet with us today – thanks man!
Daxx covered his journey through the game, and he has a totally different perspective on how things work with “game”. He talked a lot about naturals, and how they perceive social dynamics as something that they just do rather than analyse and think about. He gave us two high-level concepts to game, that sum up his philosophy of game: approach, because talking to one person can make an incredible difference to the direction of either your life of theirs; and have fun while you’re doing it.
Next up, we all grabbed some tapas for dinner at a nearby shopping market before heading back for Bugsy’s talk. Bugsy is active in the LSS and is charge of the Rockstar syllabus on the pickup & relationships side of things. He taught us his high-level overview of game: go out a lot, have sexual intent, and give yourself permission.
Some of the other Project Rockstar mentors stayed around for Bugsy’s session. One of them, K, is actually launching a very cool dating service to the Community and general public this Friday – keep an eye out for it!
By the time Bugsy was done it was already 9pm. A couple of the Rockstars went out with him for a beer, while the rest of us caught up on blog posting and other work we had on our plates. Living together with 3 other guys who are on this journey with me is amazing – we all learn the same things and spend all day together, and are able watch each other absorb everything.
Tomorrow we are meeting with one of our wealth mentors who is talking to us about wealth preservation, before our first fitness session and daygame session with Dr Yen. Who should actually be called Captain Jack Sparrow, but…
We are also implementing the veto rule from now on. This is basically an approach-coaching game, where if one of your team calls “veto” on a hot girl walking by… you have to approach. Even if she’s across the street through 4 lanes of London rush-hour traffic.
Highlights of the Day
- Josh’s razor falling into shit. Literally.
- Bumping into Bugsy on the way back from dinner. He immediately asked me (insert cool British accent): “Have you guys met the people around here yet?” and then introduced me to this cute girl working at one of the bars nearby.
- Quote of the day from LondonHunk: “I eat zinc, and oh, my balls grow”
- Mr M’s linking of self-image and visualisation to success in everything in life.
- We are going to have a “points” page coming to the Project Rockstar blog very soon, if I can work out how to implement it. This is for a fun and friendly competition between the West & East Rockstar Mansions more than anything else, but it’s gonna be awesome. We’re trying to decide if a spitroast or a girl-girl-guy threesome is worth more points – anyone?
