THE END……What Have I learned…

I not really sure what this impact have had on my life but I think it definitely changed the way my children’s going to look.
I came here high on life after I got the call from Mr.M that Monday 13 days before rockstar. I don’t think I told anybody that I applied a while before so it probably came as a shock to somebody “dad” around me. I don’t think that I’ve been more excited about anything in my life this was as cool as it would be. I came here with the aspirations to become a dating coach then go to school a few months later. I was going to start up a form an e-commerce then stay behind in London just hitting the clubs and be sarging like crazy. I was on a high in life.
I don’t think I could have been more wrong of what to expect, I now know that not even the people organizing this “event” knew what was supposed to be the product of it. It was crazy in the begin and I’m not surprised that one dropped out.
So am I disappointed at the experience that this has been. Absolutely not, this has been such a learning experienced that has open up my eyes for what’s possible for me in my life. Partially because the things we were taught and mostly because the people that I’ve met during the journey.
This was marketed as away to work and wealth, health and relationships. Well I took and threw the health part out of the window when it came down to choose what to do in the schedule that didn’t have room for anything. So with two things to focus on you might think that I would have time to work hard on them, but no. I don’t really remember anything the first weeks of rockstar so it’s going to be interesting to read the book and to go back on my blogposts.
WHAT HAVE I LEARNED THEN…
Game: Game is f*****n easy and fun. I have some kickass memories with the guys out hitting on women. We all came here as “ordinary” people not socially awkward and some beginner’s skill in game, we were all very different in the way we interacted with women and turned in to a cool crew of guys. I came in with a clunky outer game and poor inner game. My biggest problem with women was that I had no skills in how to create the emotional connection with woman. I had easier to pull same night lays and being sexual, which turned out to be a good skill in Vegas. I look back at what I’ve learned in all these classes and I can’t really remember. I now have a moleskine notebook full of notes that I need to goo trough and map out. But I know that I’m really good now. How can I do that if I can’t put my fingers on what I’ve learned? It’s more of a feeling inside of me, I’ve had more than enough of positive reference experience with women now to now that I’m good. I don’t know if there is anything that scares me on a night with a roll probably, but I’ll most likely do it anyway.
What is that I feel? I would like to say that I feel more complete as a man of what I can do, I’m not controlled by my fears. I can run after a beautiful woman if I see her on the streets. I don’t have to wonder what if I did approach her. I came here with a desire to connect with women and not to sleep with as many as possible. I think I coming really close to my goal I’ve been seeing one girl now for little while and it’s a good and new feeling to hang out with her. It has also removed my desire to go after absolutely everything with two legs and breast that’s hot. I don’t know why, but she told me I could go on as usual since I’m a part of rockstar. I have honestly tried to hit on other women but I don’t have any desire for the moment and I have now abounded the idea of me being a guy that would like multiple relationships. I would actually give it a go if I was staying in London with this girl, but for now I just enjoy the good feeling she is giving me, who knows what can happen in the future. I now feel comfortable with the idea that I can build relationships with women. So I can’t say anything more than mission accomplished, and thanks to all the instructors and fellow rockstars that has been there for the journey.
Business: I have now started to think about life in completely different new angle of what is possible to do for a living. I come from a blue collar family where it’s taking pride to work for the system and being a part of society and pull your weight. Practically all my friends in my hometown are hard workers in some form, and so is my family. I never even thought in the terms that we have been talking about here in rockstar. I had some small ideas but nothing this planned out, I now know where I’m going and what I’m setting out to do. I now know where to aim my energy thanks to fellow rockstar and now friend Aaron. He showed me what is possible in the world of online marketing and talked and inspired with his way of life. The more we talked the more I saw how I think it suits me as a worker, and I’m now setting out to hit my goals. I came here to e inspired and to learn new ways of making a living. I know that I can work the living shit out of my body and be pulling 80 workweeks in freezing cold snow and water whipping up on. I’m now 27 almost 28 years old and I can already feel how my body is going to fall apart due to damage I got from working my ass off for somebody else. I’m never going to back to way of life I was living before it’s just not a possibility in my reality. I know look for the feeling in this area of life as I have with women. It’s the feeling of you don’t care if you lose, you can always get more money/women. I GOT THIS SHIT HANDLED. It means that there is room for improvement but you know what you are doing. So get back to me in three months and we will see where I am. I will consider that my goal here is almost achieved as it changed so much during the path of rockstar, but I’m happy with the outcome of it.
Health: well I have had two home cooked meals since I entered rockstar, both of them thanks to my dear friend that I stayed with in Stockholm. So as you may imagine I’m not in any better shape than before I was rockstar. I made it an active choice to skip training and focus my time on other the other task since I got easy access to this since before. I got a diet and workout schedule being taken care of as soon as I touch ground in my hometown anyway.
So what’s going to happen now, well I’m going to my home town until at least New Years Eve. My purpose is to too work in peace and quiet, since I’m really tired of the shitty living standard the London flats have to offer at staggering prices. I’m going back to Sweden as results in the debate where I would get the most work done. But I’ll be back out in the world really soon. The goal is to join the other Rockstar in mars to start a real rockstar mansion hitting it big in the states. Yes it will be revealed later but we’re all going to take our supernova to the max. Be sure to check out this blog later next year.
Instructorship: Do I still want to be an dating coach? Do I want to be a part of the community? The dreaded LSS!!! These are questions that I asked myself and I’m not as sure as I was eight weeks ago. First of all rockstar has been a lot of Approach coaching since it’s a good way to become good yourself and teaching others, a little bit too much in my taste. I didn’t really feel that competent in the beginning at first, I have now risen to the challenge and feel comfortable taking a newbie out and help him, I don’t enjoy it really today thouh. I really need some time away before I can take a decision in if I want to peruse the goal of instructorship. Because what guys don’t get is you don’t get paid to go out and pick up women, you get paid to go out to hold grown man in the hand and tell them that the hot blonde over there won’t kill you when you tell her she looks good. I can and have approached instead of sending away student to women when I was AC’ing during rockstar and I don’t regret it. That’s how I had some of the most interesting interactions so far, and how I met some of the most interesting people around the world. I will make up my mind to New years eve if this is something I want to put my time and effort in. But in the meantime if you’re in Oslo at the end of this month 28th of Nov make sure to check out Day Game expert Jeremy Soul. He’s having one of his day game seminar and I will be there to help out.
But tanks to all the readers this has been super fun and I will get out of the community, at least for a while but you never know. I need to focus on other thing in my life right now.
The guys I would like to thanks for this awesome experience are:
Vishal (cya NYE)
Aaron, Alex, Josh (rockstar mansion Vegas is waiting for us)

Day 03: Top Secret Stuff

Today was all about top-secret stuff.
It (as usual) started with most of the Rockstars getting up – late – and rushing to get to the first session.
Today’s first talk was with one of the wealth mentors, Jeff, who is basically showing us everything we need to know about investing in property and real estate. He talked a bit about his background and story, and also about his thought process about picking investments given an economic climate. We’re actually going be presenting 2 different property analyses about mid-way through Rockstar, and have our strategies picked apart and improved upon by Jeff. For me, this is seriously a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to learn from a mentor who is happy to share, rather than pay $5,000 for a 1-day seminar and be pitched to all day. Jeff also shared some top secret stuff which I may or may not share in the near future…
We all ran out to grab a quick lunch at Subway before taking the Tube back to Rockstar Mansion West for our first physical session with R. He did some benchmark measurements for all of us, and gave us a portable “hotel circuit workout” that we can use while we’re traveling. The workout really took a lot out of us – it’s amazing what you can do with a couple of pieces of furniture and a floor.
Late afternoon was supposed to be our daygame Trial By Fire session with Yen, Keychain and Vercetti, but London finally kicked in its infamous all-day drizzle and the session was cancelled because of that. Instead, Mr M came by to teach us the first opening principles of Social Circle Mastery. He talked about all the main concepts and components, and gave us examples of how they applied in the real world, beyond just game and in other parts of our lives too. Even though I’ve been to the Social Circle Mastery seminar before, it was interesting to hear about some of the newer concepts that he and Braddock have come up with, and how he links these into the idea of Supernova. And yes, we were asked to sign an NDA so it’s all TOP SECRET.
The Rockstars and a number of mentors then bounced to Fika again for dinner. I got to talk a bit more with B (from yesterday’s business talk) about why he chose to pursue expanding the business in the way he did.
Following dinner, half the Rockstar crew moved into Rockstar Mansion East – which is absolutely pimp. They have this awesome 3-story hidden place, which looks like a converted warehouse loft. Vishal and Conor have rooms with GLASS WALLS overlooking the living area… I suspect quite a bit of voyeurism will be occurring in Rockstar Mansion East
We all agreed that the seminars should be held in Rockstar Mansion East – nicer venue, more space, more chairs. Of course, those of us living at Rockstar Mansion West are kinda bummed… but we’re making the most of what we have and we have a secret weapon that no-one knows about (not even the instructors!)
And oh yeah, Vishal and Micha are busy coming up with the points system for our contest. Rockstar Mansion East is already ahead, with Conor bringing a random Norwegian girl home from a coffee shop last night!
Highlights of the Day
- Vishal dropping his iPhone into his chicken-plenk (food).
- Vishal beating Mr M at Asian efficiency (iPhone vs Blackberry – iPhone wins!)
- Rockstar Mansion East – that place is totally pimp and the boys there are going to have some MAD parties (especially with an art gallery RIGHT NEXT DOOR).

Day 01: I’m Getting a Manicure

Today was the first official day of Project Rockstar. The night before, we were all out late at Maya.
Hungover and absolutely knackered, Mr M texts us telling us he’ll be at Rockstar Mansion West in a few minutes… I go around waking up the Rockstars.
Mr M gives us an overview of the program, about why he’s doing it, who’s involved and what we’ll be experiencing as we go deeper down the rabbit hole. He also talked briefly about some of the new Social Circle Mastery concepts – some absolutely insane stuff.
We then headed out to Dr Yen’s seminar on grooming and fashion. The true value of it was in the details – the small, intricate things that no-one talks about and is absolutely essential to producing a sexy thinslice. Not to mention that Dr Yen is a crazy character himself, looking something akin to a modern-day Jack Sparrow.
He told us all about proper grooming – like haircuts, manicures and how to look after your skin. He also gave us a crash course in creating three basic, iconic, sexy looks.
Later that evening was the Rockstar meet-and-greet dinner with some of the instructor crew and mentors – some of these people are super-super successful, and through Mr M’s efforts they are all onboard for Project Rockstar. Josh and I got a chance to talk with Vercetti and 5.0 over dinner – over a short one-hour dinner they gave us insights into the Game that would have taken us years to learn on our own… including the one magic phrase that melts away all of a woman’s resistance
Right now we’re all back at Rockstar Mansion West catching up on blog posts and all the “background” activity that’s involved in Rockstar. We have something pretty cool floating around as an idea at the moment – something we’re sure everyone will enjoy – let’s see what happens!

Making It Real

Today was another preparation day for Project Rockstar. We got some supplies for the Rockstar Mansion in the morning, then met Adam (our editor), Josh and Alex once their flights landed. We ended up strolling around Oxford St getting SIM cards and the sort worked out. I said it before, but I’ll say it again: the women in London are gorgeous.
After lunch and a bit of travel time, we find ourselves back at the Rockstar Mansion and just end up shooting the breeze. Claude joins us later in the evening and we head for dinner at a nearby Swedish restaurant. The waitress has the smoothest, whitest skin I have ever seen and is a platinum blonde. Micha tells us nonchalantly that in Sweden she would be a 7… our jaws all drop momentarily at the thought that we’ll be in Stockholm at the end of this month.
Following dinner I have to jet really quickly as Mr M asked me to meet him over in the West End so that he could show me some of the nicer parts of town (me having never been to London before). I’m all dressed up and waiting in front of the station… and I spot this cute Korean girl also waiting. After hesitating for about a minute whether I should talk to her or not, I just decide to do it. I’m leaving London in 8 weeks anyway – what have I got to lose?
I approach her and say something like “Hey, are you Korean?” and she is surprisingly friendly. We talk back and forth for about 5 minutes, then Mr M & one of his roommates arrive. We head off to visit one of their friends at a nearby hospital, then head to this upscale Japanese bar/restaurant called Nobu, where we meet a bunch of Mr M’s business contacts (a couple of them are Rockstar mentors). All I have to say is: Wow. Mr M obviously knows a lot of very successful people, and it’s great to see that they’re all onside for Project Rockstar too.
After a shot or two we head over to Maya to meet up with the rest of the Rockstar game mentors. They’re all assembled in a bar opposite the club and I get to meet Vercetti and 5.0 for the first time. Vercetti has a voice that cuts over everything – even can’t-hear-myself-think club music. 5.0 is very, very laid back and confident.
We head into Maya bit later, and 5.0 gives us his high-end club rule: if you check out a girl twice, you have to go talk to her. Ha.
All the Rockstars are walking around the club a bit, dancing and just generally having fun, but it’s late and we have an early start tomorrow so we head out early, grabbing some Chinese along the way. With a few drinks in each of us we talk about really overt stuff in the taxi (much to the chagrin and surprise of the cabbie no doubt) and continue our talks back at the Rockstar Mansion.
On the way back in the taxi, it really hit me: Rockstar is really happening. Here I am, hanging out with top dating coaches and business mentors (and Monday with top health mentors), meeting gorgeous women, and getting to know 5 really cool guys who are likely to be good friends for life. Despite only having met Adam, Claude, Josh and Alex today, it feels that we’re all good friends with common purposes, interests and goals.
And so Rockstar begins.

First Impressions of London

September 11th, 2009
I arrived in London today in advance of Project Rockstar. The flight was pleasant enough – got a couple of hours worth of sleep, talked to some old people (what is it with old people and flying to London?) and watched The Proposal.
Landed in London and phoned Dr. Yen to find out where we were staying. He tells me that the mystery sixth Rockstar is taking care of it. I call him and hop in a cab. Three-quarters of the way there I get a text, saying that I’m going to have to get the keys from the building manager. Ouch. An 11-hour flight to London and I gotta wait on the pavement for some English landlady to bring the keys? No fucking way. I text back, saying I’ll be there soon.
First impressions of London. The official colour is industrial-revolution brown. Everything seems to be this blackened, brick colour. Whoever told me that it was going to be cold was wrong. It is in fact, quite warm, especially when the sun’s out. Whoever said that there were no beautiful women in London was also wrong – on the cab ride across town I spotted no less than five good-looking women.
Finally get to the Rockstar “Mansion”… and… Oh. My. God.
Who… in… their… right… mind… decided… on… this… place…?
There’s only one other Rockstar here, so I grab one of the bedrooms while he heads out for some coffee. Seriously, this place is ghastly. There is a fine layer of brick dust *everywhere*. There are worker’s rubber boots in the closet. The provided silverware is coated in dust. The lamp in my room has had its power cord severed. Power sockets are falling out of the wall. If you step on a floorboard, the other end of it springs up.
I’m going to be living here for eight weeks… seriously???
After the initial shock I decide to get a bit more productive. I head out with the sixth Rockstar to Oxford St to grab a sim card. I plug it into my iPhone – it doesn’t work. It turn off 3G… ah, much better, but what’s the point of an iPhone without 3G connectivity? I also grab a 3G USB adapter for Internet.
We dash down Oxford Street and grab some duvets and sheets and other miscellaneous household goods. It appears that in the UK “furnished” really means “some old stuff lying around that I didn’t want to move out”.
Mr. Sixth Rockstar gets a phone call from Mr. M. We have to meet up with him. We walk 20 minutes across town, and wait another 30 for him to arrive. He finally does, and we taxi back to the “mansion”.
I decide that it’s time to do a proper look-through. We discover all sorts of unsanitary joys, and dial Mr. M. He says he’s coming by to look at it… 3 hours later, he arrives with Paladin.
After some back-and-forth, he says (paraphrasing) “Look, this is London. Stuff looks old, and is old. It looks like this. You guys will be fine.” And so we decide to have a cleaning lady to come by tomorrow to clear up the mess and make it a bit more hospitable.
We all head out for dinner nearby. All of a sudden, it begins to dawn on the sixth Rockstar and myself *why* Dr. Yen chose this particular location. There is a bar/lounge next door. This is very cool. Almost all night, about five metres from our front door there is a group of girls talking, and waiting for their friends to arrive. Later in the evening, there is a sexy brunette speaking Russian into her cell phone outside our front door. It is also very annoying – cars, taxis and crazy drunk people coming back and forth consistently.
We get dinner in the Brick Lane area of London and then grab a quick beer after. I got to talk to Mr. M a bit about his background and what he’s working on, and get a feel more for the dynamics of how Project Rockstar is going to go down… it’s going to be one crazy journey.
